COLUMBUS, Ohio – Valor Academy of Ohio, the highly anticipated free public community school for grades 6-8, is excited to announce the completion of its newly renovated state-of-the-art facility, and that the school is now accepting enrollment for Fall 2020.

“Students in our community finally have a school where they can get a tuition-free, quality education from highly effective teachers,” said Tamika Galvin, Principal of Valor Academy of Ohio. “The newly renovated building is unlike any other facility I’ve seen before – it’s truly set up to encourage collaboration and provide students with personalized support and flexibility.”

Valor Academy of Ohio is tuition-free and gives students a traditional education with a modern approach. Unlike a fully virtual or traditional school, Valor Academy follows a unique hybrid model. This model allows for direct instruction and digital curriculum that caters to the different learning styles of its students. Using award-winning digital content, certified teachers can customize and incorporate engaging project-based learning opportunities to help students succeed.

Valor Academy offers its students advantages not always found at traditional brick-and-mortar schools, including a secure and newly renovated facility with open workspaces, state-of-the-art modular furniture, and small class sizes of 25 students or fewer.

Classes begin on August 27 and the school is currently accepting enrollment on their website, ValorOH.org
